| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We are unable to accept Amex or Diners cards. Electron/ Solo cards can only be accepted in person and not over the telephone or via the website. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We use a variety of payment gateways which are available to you at the checkout. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged from a standard £2.95 for mainland UK orders, optional 1st Class at £4.95, next day from £8.95 European orders are charged from £3.80 plus 5p per item. North American orders are charged from £5.75 plus 5p per item. Rest of World is from £7.50 plus 5p per item. These charges are dependent on order value and are adjusted automatically. We reserve the right to request further posatge costs if the cost is excessive, likewise we wil refund any excess payment taken by us for postage & packing. |
| Delivery Schedule We normally aim to pick and pack your order on the day we receive payment however if we believe there to be a delay to your order of more than five days we will try to inform you of any such delay and anything that we can do to rectify the problem, i.e. substitute a product for a similar product. Our normal cut-off time for orders is 16:00 and our Post Office only operates in the morning on a Wednesday. Our large Twisted Wire trees (over 150mm) and other non-stock items can take up to six weeks to produce, please take this into consideration when ordering. Any further changes to this we will contact you in person to discuss the problem. |
