| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We use Streamline/ PayPal as our payment gateways, however there are many other options available to you at the checkout. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged from a standard £2.95 for mainland UK orders, optional 1st Class at £4.95. European & North American orders are charged from £6 Rest of World is from £10. These charges are dependent on order value and are adjusted automatically. |
| Delivery Schedule We normally aim to pick and pack your order on the day we receive payment however if we believe there to be a delay to your order of more than five days we will try to inform you of any such delay and anything that we can do to rectify the problem, i.e. substitute a product for a similar product. Our large Twisted Wire trees (over 150mm) and other non-stock items can take up to six weeks to produce, please take this into consideration when ordering. Any further changes to this we will contact you in person to discuss the problem. |
